Jamaica unbound / Hotel is part of the community, not a high-security compound

An oldie (2005) but goodie, on being surprised at the ease with which one can move in Jamaica.

When doom like this is foretold, it’s natural to approach a place with skepticism, especially when you’re headed to one of the rare tourist spots in Jamaica without walls around the property.

  1. My thought is that you’re brave. You’ve traveled in groups but on your own. You’ve taken your children both as children and as young adults. Love that they still want to go with the mamma!
    I’ve followed your blog for a while. It’s been very inspiring and has given us the right path for our travels. TB! Can’t go wrong with that one!
    2nd trip coming up. Next year the family has to come with to see what I’m now in love with too!
